Diversity Recognition and Employee Resource Groups

Lilly is honoured to be a Global Stonewall Champion and is working to assess and improve the working lives of Lesbian, Gay, Bi and Trans people to enable them to reach their full potential.  We also have an LGBT allies group that focuses our work with Stonewall.

We have partnered with the Business Disability Forum to assess and improve our facilities, processes and working practices.   Our goal is to become an employer and business partner of choice for people with disability.  This vision is supported by the Enable Employee Resource Group.

We have an active Gender Inclusion Network that works to remove obstacles that prevent women and men at Lilly from achieving their full potential by challenging attitudes and beliefs about gender.

Our Gen L group aims to identify, track, develop and implement the best ideas, initiatives and actions required to set up a new dynamic, positive and integrated working environment that encourages the collaboration across generations while supporting active ageing.
